Growing up as the daughter of a Bank Manager, which involved moving residence every 2 years; Janet learnt early on how to adjust to meeting new people and becoming a part of a new community.

She too began a career in the banking industry which saw her specialise in Insurance and Financial Planning and provided her with over 20 years hands on experience within the industry. She also studied Accountancy and continues to work closely with Accountants.

Steve and Janet Culpitt established Arrow Focus on Wealth , www.focusonwealth.com.au,  in 1999, to provide Financial and Insurance Advice for clients of referral sources.

In 2012 they became a licensed Pathway to Wealth Adviser, after realising only 10% of people achieve the financial security they desire.

Janet and Steve are working on increasing this percentage through providing simple education and strategy advice together with strategic alliances formed with networking.

Janet and Steve have grown their business using Janet's networking skills, prowess and expertise. 90% of their business comes from referrals generated via networking,
